Well in one hour we managed to litter pick from the end of Camden Crescent all the way to the shops at Fairfield Park. AND we cleaned up St.Stephens steps (remember when those steps were so very dark and over grown? There has been a huge improvement over the years).
A big thank you to the council for collecting our rubbish bags on Monday.
Hopefully next time we will get some more helpers and we can tackle the unsightly weeds.

I don’t know if we can ask residents at the CC end of Camden Road to keep a look out for the featured black bin. If it is full there is number to text to get it emptied.
Hi Jeremy, I call the council regularly to let them know the bin is full. The same goes for the bins along Julian Road.

Are St Stephen’s Steps the ones that drop down through Hedgemead Park? I had no idea where they were (I tried googling) and thought they must be near the church! I am working on 25th but will try to come along and help sometime.

What we refer to as St Stephen’s Steps allow pedestrians to cut off the zig zag on St Stephen’s Road. They run up from near the bottom of St Stephen’s Road and come out near the top of Camden Row.
