Consultation: Zone 15 parking & Bike hangar trial

The Council has made us aware of two consultation processes that might interest our Camden residents.

First, one of our two new Councillors, Cllr John Leach, has made us aware of potential changes to Zone 15 parking at Upper Hedgemead Road, which would result in a slight reduction of parking in our zone. Details here.

Second, the Council is running a trial to provide cycle hangars in 20 location across Bath, Camden Road being one of them. The hangars would provide secure, on-street cycle storage for residents (for small annual fee), in place of an area of car parking space. More details and a location plan here.

The residents’ association isn’t taking a position on these matters, so this is just to alert residents to these developments and encourage participation in the consultation processes.
