AGM Nominations
Over the last few weeks our committee members have been knocking on doors and delivering the CRA annual newsletter along with the Council’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) booklet. We will probably have told you about the AGM on the 22nd November at which you will be able to put your questions or issues to the Council on the proposed CAZ and learn how it will affect us in NE Bath. Do please join us if you can at the Nexus Methodist Church on Eastbourne Avenue from 7pm.
If you can’t come but would like someone to vote on your behalf on any motions raised then please send your name and the name of your proxy voter to our website here. In the comments column you will need to declare that you both are Camden residents (i.e. you live live on Camden Road, Camden Row, Belgrave Crescent, or the ‘Hedgemeads’.
We are also holding elections for next year’s committee. The deadline for any nominations for posts on the Committee closes, this Thursday, 15th November. We will publish the list of candidates on the day after.
Jeremy
Sorry, when I posted this I got the address wrong for the Nexus Methodist Church – it is on Eastbourne Avenue – not Claremont Road.
As promised for today, we have published a list of all the candidates with their personal statements. You will find them on the AGM 2018 page or use this link (https://camdenresidentsbath.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/CRA-Committee-Candidates-November-2108.pdf)
We are very fortunate to have more candidates than positions to fill this year, so there will be a vote. You will be asked to vote for six out of the seven candidates.
We hope to see you at the AGM on Thursday from 7pm at the Nexus Methodist Centre on Eastbourne Avenue.
