Flooding on Upper Camden and Lower Camden Place
Wow with the torrential downpour this morning we experienced some flooding… and this is not the first time. However, Christian, the Highways inspector, says that he will be working hard with the structural engineers to get the problem solved once and for all. The whole of the left side of St Stephens Rd from Camden Rd upwards around the hairpin bend is plastered in leaves and mud. I have cleared the drains, otherwise we get flooding. It now requires Council to clear the leaves and mud before they get washed back onto the drains.
